CEO - Peter D’Cruz

Peter D’Cruz, CEO. Peter has experience as an inventor, founder, CEO, board member and as an investment banker. For the last ten years, he was a partner in the New York and Toronto investment bank e-bitda, LLC (www.e-bitda.com). He worked with institutional investors and advised mid-sized and early stage companies in the US and Canada, providing due diligence, deal structuring and M&A advice. From 1994 to 1999, Peter was the inventor, founder and CEO of SmartSales Inc., a Toronto-based software company that went public in 1996. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. D’Cruz founded two private software companies; one provided a medical practice solution that he developed and the other provided quality management consulting services. Peter began his career at RBC Dominion Securities developing computer systems for institutional trading and back office management. He has been a community volunteer throughout his business career, coaching and administering field hockey at the local, national and international levels.
